What kind of personal information do we process?
We may process the following information about you;
Personal information, Contact details and Financial information such as: Full Name, Postal Address, Telephone numbers, Email Address, Date of Birth, Bank Account details.

In order to provide you with some of our services we are required by law to collect information to confirm;

Contractors – We may share information with various contractors in the course of carrying out maintenance work required at the property you will or are residing or in carrying out Check-in’s or Check-out’s inventory checks.
Councils, Local Authorities & Utility Companies – where we need to set up accounts for Tenants at the onset of the Tenancy and to close down accounts at the end of the Tenancy.

Landlords – in many cases Landlord’s want to see sight of the references ahead of a Tenancy commencing and also on Leasehold properties, the Landlord may be obliged to pass on Tenant’s details to Managing Agent / Freeholder.
Management Companies / Freeholders – in many cases, it is the obligation under the Leasehold Agreement, that the contact details of the Tenants are supplied to the Management Company / Freeholder.
Solicitors – In order to commence the legal process of a sale.
How long will my information be kept for?
We retain information for only as long as necessary. This is for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of time following in order to comply with legal obligations.
 How secure is my information?
We apply appropriate technical and security measures to ensure security of our systems and personal information.
We do not share any of the information you provide with third parties for marketing purposes and it will never be sold.
We do not process information outside the EU.

Your rights as a data subject
You have rights over your data and can exercise these rights at any time in accordance with data protection legislation.
